Steps To Duplicate:
1. Add a new fund to FIMS
2. Complete manual DC upload from within FIMS
3. Added Affiliation code for suggestion central to the fund
4. Fund still does not appear in DonorCentral
Answer:
This was resolved by a successfully DonorCentral upload having taken place.
