    Profile Grouping Report

    The Profile Grouping report provides a listing of Profiles with all of their group members (for example, an organization with its staff or a family with its members).

    NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Profiles > Profile Grouping Report.

     Profile Grouping Report Fields

    Field

    Description

    ID Code

    The Profile ID code for each Profile in the Group.

    NOTE: Member Profile ID codes appear indented below the main group Profile.

    Annual Report Name

    The Report Name from the Profile 1 tab of each Profile associated with the Group.

    NOTE: Member names appear indented below the main group Profile.

    Group

    The type of Group (for example, Staff or Family).

    Relationship

    The Relationship code that links the Profile to the Group.

    Address

    The primary mailing address associated with each Profile in the report.

    Phone Number

    The primary (work and home) phone numbers associated with each Profile in the report.
