Profiles By Affiliation Report
This report lists all Profiles sorted by their affiliation codes. You can run the report based on specific affiliation codes, or all affiliation codes.
NOTE: When you run this report, unlike most other FIMS reports, there is only one field (Affiliation Code) listed on the Selections tab, and there is no Sorting tab on the FIMS Report Selections window.
IMPORTANT: Use OR to link multiple selection criteria for this report. If you use AND, your report will not contain any records.
NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Profiles > Profiles by Affiliation.

Profiles by Affiliation Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Aff. Code | The affiliation code. |
Description | A brief description of the affiliation code. |
Annual Report Name | The Report Name from the Profile 1 tab of each Profile associated with the affiliation code. |
ID Code | The ID code for each Profile associated with the affiliation code. |
