A custom set up was performed to allow for more than 100 funds to be associated with a fund advisor in DonorCentral, but the profiles for these additional advisors were not added to FIMS. There is no way to associate a new fund with one of those advisors in FIMS.
Steps To Duplicate:
- On the new fund, go to the fund associations tab
- Attempt to add a new associations
- There is no profile for the alternate advisors which show association with funds in DC.
- Search for the profile in FIMS, but it is not available.
Answer:
For this setup, we recommend setting up separate profiles in FIMS instead, where each one has a certain number of funds.
