This report lists information about any Promise records in FIMS.
NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Gifts > Donor Reports > Promise Report.
Promise Report
Promise Report Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Promise | The number that identifies the Promise record. |
ID | The Donor’s ID code. |
Name | The Donor’s report name. |
Date | The date when the Promise was made. |
Amount | The amount that was Promised. |
Type | The type of Gift that was Promised. |
Purpose | The Promise’s Purpose code. |
Solicit | The primary solicitor who cultivated the Promise. |
Source | The Promise’s Source code. |
Mat. Code | Code that tracks contributions that come to the Fund as a result of matching formulas required by Grants from the organization. |
Mat. Date | The date when the Promised contribution will become a Gift. |
Mat. Value | The value of the contribution at the maturity date. |
