Steps To Duplicate:
  1. Right click on the FIMS icon on a new workstation > Receive the error 
  2. Go to Computer management > Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application
  3. When viewing the Application logs, look for the log recorded at the time FIMS failed to launch last >  Select the log
  4. In the General description notice the error below
    • Activation context generation failed for "\\(FIMS Server name)\npo\dlc\prow32.dll". Dependent Assembly Microsfot.VC80.MFC,prossessorArchitecture="x86",publicKeyTocken="1fc8b3b9a",type=win32", version="8.0.50608.0' Could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis.
