To resolve, do the following:
1. Be sure that all of the steps in the following article have been taken. If all steps are taken, these types of DLL errors should not occur. Step #3 of the article installs all components needed on the workstation:

2. If that does not resolve the error, then go to another computer that does not have the issue and find the mfc100.dll and copy it and then paste it into the correct folder on the computer that is having the issue. The mfc100.dll
is located in C:\windows\system32 for 32 bit machines and in C:\Windows\Syswow64 in 64bit machines.

- Go to a computer that does not have the issue, find the mfc100.dll file in either c:\windows\system32 or c:\windows\syswow64 from that computer depending on if that computer is 32bit or 64bit
- Copy the mfc100.dll file
- Paste the file into a network location where the other workstation with the issue has access to like, for example, the shared NPO N drive.
- Go back to the computer that has the issue
- Go to the shared network drive where you copied the mfc100.dll and copy it from there
- Paste the mfc100.dll to either the c:\windows\system 32 folder or the c:\windows\syswow64 folder on the computer that has the issue depending on if the computer that is having the issue is 32bit or 64bit.
