When looking at the Q4 total on the Market Value tab on Fund Information, the Q4 number is the same as the Q3 number.
Steps To Duplicate:
1. Log into Donor Central and view as the fund advisor for the fund in question
2. Go to the Fund Information\Market Value tab
3. See that the Q4 figure is the same as the Q3 figure

This is resolved in FIMS 14.72:
FIMS non-calendar FY clients now have a beginning balance calculation that includes activity from the beginning of the fiscal year through 12/31.
