Steps To Duplicate:

Post a gift in FIMS with Real Time Sync enabled and RTS for gifts enabled
Log into DonorCentral
View as an advisor on the fund in question where the gift was posted
Click the Fund tab on the top of the window
Go to Market Value sub-tab
Look at the detail listing the calendar year and quarter totals
See that the total for the quarter in question does reflect the gift that was posted in FIMS and sent over via RTS
However, note that the Current Market Value widget on the top right of the page does not match the detail on the left of the page
Then, do a full upload to DonorCentral and now note that the market value detail and the Market Value Widget match. Thus, it appears that the RTS only updates the detail but not the widget.

Real Time Sync does not Update the Market Value widget on the top right of the funds page, but the market value detail does get updated with RTS. So, then what happens is the detail does not match the widget and this is confusing to donors.
