When trying to find a recipient of a grant recommendation in DonorCentral, I start typing the organization name and a suggestion appears, then disappears too quickly to select it.
Steps To Duplicate:

- Log into DonorCentral
- Click Recommendation
- Click in field for "Search for recipient"
- Begin typing.
- Drop down suggestion appears when the second word is typed, but disappears very quickly before the selection can be made with the mouse.

The fix for this issue was deployed on 2/11/2019.
