Record Toolbar
Located just left of the center of the toolbar, the Record buttons allow you to move back and forth between records – either on the data grid, or on individual record tabs. You can also use the Search button on this toolbar to open the data grid at any time and find the desired record.
Record Toolbar
From left to right:
Button | Function |

First | Opens the first record in the list Note: This button is disabled when you are viewing the first record. Tip: You can also open the first record by pressing Alt+F on your keyboard. |
Previous | Opens the previous record in the list. Note: This button is disabled when you are viewing the first record. Tip: You can also open the previous record by pressing Alt+P on your keyboard. |
Next | Opens the next record in the list. Note: This button is disabled when you are viewing the last record. Tip: You can also open the next record by pressing Alt+N on your keyboard. |
Last | Opens the last record in the list. Note: This button is disabled when you are viewing the last record. Tip: You can also open the last record by pressing Alt+L on your keyboard. |
Search | Opens the Data Grid for the current module. Tip: You can also open the Data Grid by pressing F3 on your keyboard. |
