Retired Funds are Showing on Trial Balance

I have retired funds showing on my trial balance, how can I get rid of those on the report?

Answer:

Make sure that the GL accounts for the fund are inactive and that the Q1, Q2, Q3 accounts are deleted for the year you are reporting in. Note that in order to delete an account there cannot be any activity in it for the year in which are you deleting, nor any beginning balances.
