Review and Required Items Report
This report prints information about review items and required items on unposted applications (based on the data on the application’s Prerequisites tab).
NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Grants > Application Reports > Review and Required Items.
Review and Required Items Report Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Grant | The Grant Number. |
Name | The applicant’s report name. |
Request | The amount requested in the application. |
Program Name | A brief description of the philanthropic project. |
Status | The procedural status of the Grant application. |
Action | The action code for the Grant (approved, denied, withdrawn). |
Board Date | The date when the board is scheduled to meet to vote on the application. |
Committee | The Committee code associated with the application. |
Committee Date | The date when the committee is scheduled to meet. |
Review Items | Lists the three items in the Review section of the Prerequisites tab, along with the Done date and any comments. |
Required Items | Lists the six items in the Required section of the Prerequisites tab, along with an indication of whether the item is required (yes / no) and the Due Date and Received date for any required items. |
