Article summary

 Running the Account Reconciliation Report

The Account Reconciliation Report provides a summary of the Transactions from General Ledger, and the manual entries you made on the Reconcile tab for the selected Investment Account.

NOTE: Many organizations do not use this report, because the same information can be presented in the Reconciliation report. However, if you have a large number of Investment Accounts, it is useful to run this report after successfully reconciling each account. You can print it and attach it to your investment statement to file them together.

1. In FACTS, click the Reconciliation supertab and then click the Processes tab.

2. Select Account Reconciliation Report from the Reconciliation Processes list, and then click the Run Process button. The Account Reconciliation Report Selections window opens.

4. Verify the Send To destination, and then click the Run Report button. The report opens in the FIMS Viewer.
