Salutations Tab (Pledges)

The Salutations tab contains a default salutation and five alternate salutation lines, all of which are automatically built when you create the Profile record.

Salutations are the names that follow "Dear" in mail-merge letters. You may want to vary them from mailing to mailing, depending on the formality of the merge letter, whether a Partner is included, or who the sender is.
