    Saved Suggestions are not Visible when Viewing as Advisor in DonorCentral

    Some users may experience an issue with pending recommendations missing from DonorCentral when logging in and then choosing to view as advisor. 

    Steps To Duplicate:
    1. Log in to DonorCentral
    2. Click view as advisor
    3. Select advisor
    4. Go to the welcome screen
    5. No pending recommendations are seen
    6. The advisor can log in and see them
    Answer:
    If a user views as advisor, they should be able to see saved suggestions provided that the user has the correct rights to see the fund suggestions.
