Saving Charts

Saved charts contain all of the settings and data that were in the chart at the time you saved, so you can open and edit the chart at another time.

NOTE: Chart data is not refreshed when you open a saved chart. If you want to refresh the data, you must create a new chart with the desired data in it.

1. Select File > Save Chart. A standard Windows Save As window opens.
2. Select the path and file name for the chart, and click the Save button.
