    Scholarship Management Menus

    The Scholarship Management module has several Scholarship-specific menu options on the Reports and File Maintenance menus.

    NOTE: Refer to FIMS Menus in the Introduction for more information about general FIMS menus.

    Scholarship Reports Menu

    NOTE: This section provides a brief description of each available report and export for Scholarships. Refer to the Scholarship Reports chapter in the FIMS Reports Guide for more information and examples of these reports, as well as others you can run in FIMS.

    Menu Option

    Function

    All Applicants

    Runs a report that lists all unposted Scholarship applications.

    Open Recommendations by Fund

    Runs a report that lists all qualified, unposted applications sorted by Fund Scholarship, and subtotaled based on their Recommended Amounts.

    Scholarship Conditions Report/Export

    Runs a report (or an export to create reminder notices) based on a Condition Due Date for all Scholarship records that have a condition with a past due Due Date, and no corresponding Done Date.

    Payment Status Report

    Runs a report for approved Scholarships with information about each payment line and any payments that have been made.

    Fund Award History Report

    Runs a basic historic Scholarship report for posted approved applications.

    Scholarship Purge Report

    Runs a report that lists all posted applications that were denied or withdrawn. Use this report to see a list of the records that will be deleted before you purge Scholarships.

    NOTE: You can also optionally include approved applications in this report.

    Scholarship Renewals Report

    Runs a report that lists all approved and posted applications that are due for renewal, based on the Renewal Date.

    Export Application History

    Exports fields from all posted Scholarship applications for use in creating custom merge letters or reports.

    Grant History w/ Scholarship Fund

    Runs a report that lists Scholarship Grant history sorted and subtotaled by Fund.

    Student Export

    Exports the Student information for all Student records in FIMS.

    Student Listing

    Runs a report that lists the Student information for every Student record in FIMS.

    Fund Scholarship Listing

    Runs a report that lists all Fund Scholarship records in FIMS, including the Fund ID, Scholarship title, comments, and amount, application due date, and number of unposted applications.
