Scholarship Purge Report
This report lists posted applications that were denied or withdrawn. You can also optionally include approved applications. Use this report to see all of the applications that will be deleted if you run the Purge Scholarships utility.
NOTE: You can also run this report directly from the Purge Scholarships utility. Refer to Purging Scholarships for more information.
NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Scholarships > Scholarship Purge Report.
Scholarship Purge Report Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Grant # | The unique identifier for the Scholarship. |
Applicant | The Student’s report name. |
Requested Amt. | The requested Scholarship amount on the application. |
Grant Date | The vote or action date for the Scholarship decision. |
Action | The action code for the Scholarship (Denied, Withdrawn, or Approved). |
Running the Scholarship Purge Report
1. In the Scholarship Management module, select Reports > Scholarship Purge Report. The Scholarship Purge Report Criteria window opens.

2. Enter the Scholarship Grant Date range that you want to include in the report.
3. If you want to include approved Scholarships, select the Include Approved Scholarships checkbox.
4. Click OK.
