When importing Grants into FIMS, the last line of the import file is ignored, and the second to last line is then duplicated.
Steps To Duplicate:
In FIMS, go to the File Maintenance>Grants>Grant Import> load a saved import parameter, or create a new one> then import.
Note in the Grant Import Confirmation Report that the second to last line is duplicated, and the last line does not show.

To resolve, add a carriage return after the last line.
