Some Grants are missing from Application Edit Report

If all of the grants you want to post are not included on the application edit report, there are several factors to check.
Answer:
If the Application Edit report is missing some of the applications you expected to process, check the following:
1. Is the On Hold box unchecked? (The box is next to Action. )
2. Is the Grant Date within the selection range?
3. Is the Action code Approved, Withdrawn, Proposal or Denied?
4. If you put in additional selections for Grant Number, Batch Number or Project Codes, are the applications within those selection ranges?
The answer must be Yes for all 4 questions before an application will be selected for the edit report.
