Statements do not Upload to DonorCentral using External Statements Process

When doing the External Statements process to create fund statements and upload those statements to DonorCentral, the process says it was complete and that the statements were uploaded to DonorCentral, but when I go to DonorCentral, the statements are not there.

This issue also occurs when using Tools > System Utilities > Donor Central > Upload DC Fund Statements and the Create Individual Documents from a Mail Merge feature.

This issue was resolved on 2/2/2024. Now, statements can be uploaded using Tools > System Utilities > Donor Central > Upload DC Fund Statements, Create Individual Documents from a Mail Merge and External Statements.
