NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Scholarships > Student Listing.

Student Listing Report

Student Listing Report Fields

Field	Description
ID Code	The Student’s Profile ID code.
Student Name	The Student’s report name.
GPA	The Student’s Grade Point Average.
GPAYear	The academic year when the Student earned the GPA.
AcYear	The Student’s current academic year.
FullTime	Indicates whether the Student is a full time Student (yes or no).
Unposted	Indicates whether the Student has any unposted applications in FIMS (yes or no).
Posted	Indicates whether the Student has any posted applications in FIMS (yes or no).
Grant	Indicates whether the Student has received any Grants (yes or no).
County	The Student’s County code.
Subject	The Student’s major area of study.
Attended	The name of the school that the Student was attending when they earned the GPA.
Institution	The name of the school that the Student currently attends.
City, State, Zip	The Student’s home city, state, and zip code.
Phone	The Student’s home phone number.
Alt City, State, Zip	The Student’s alternate (school) city, state, and zip code.
Alt Phone	The Student’s alternate (school) phone number.
