Submit Button is not responding or is not Visible in DonorCentral

A donor may notice they have an old un-submitted grant in DonorCentral and would like to remove it. There are some instances where the 'Submit' button is non-responsive when clicked for Donor Advisers and when viewing as adviser.

Advisor may also notice that the Submit button is not visible.

Answer:
This issue occurrs due to the recommendation being "not ready" and as a result, the checkbox is disabled as it cannot be submitted.

The submit button is not enabled because no "ready" recommendations are selected.

To enable the submit button, click and open the saved suggestion, go through each screen and then submit from there when the suggestion is open or save for later. Be sure to fill in all needed fields such as amount, etc.

You can also click the Delete button to delete the recommendation if it is not needed.
