Summarized Grantee Report
This report lists basic information about the Grantees who have received Grants.
You can optionally include subtotal lines in this report based on your Sorting criteria (for example, you could sort and subtotal the report based on the Fund ID).
You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Grants > Grantee Reports > Summarized Grantee.
Summarized Grantee Report
Summarized Grantee Report Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Grantee | The Grantee’s report name. |
City / State | The city and state where the Grantee is located. |
Granted | The total amount that the Grantee has received in Grants. |
Fund | The name of the Fund that awarded the Grant(s). NOTE: If the Grantee has received Grants from more than one Fund, this field will say Multiple Funds. |
