The Summary tab displays a Data Grid that lists annual Pledge, Gift, and Grant statistics for the Fund (from the FundSummaryHistory record). One of these summary records is created each year for each Fund. Lifetime summary statistics, including the number and amount of Gifts, Pledges, and Grants appear at the bottom of this tab.
Note: All of the fields on this tab are read-only and cannot be edited.

Summary Tab Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Year | The fiscal year that the summary information applies to. |
Gifts | The total number of Gifts to the Fund during the selected year. |
Largest Gift | The largest Gift received by the Fund during the selected year. |
Total Gifts | The total Gift Amount for all Gifts received by the Fund during the selected year. |
Pledges | The total number of Pledges to the Fund during the selected year. |
Largest Pledge | The largest Pledge received by the Fund during the selected year. |
Total Pledges | The total Pledge Amount for all Pledges received by the Fund during the selected year. |
Grants | The total number of Grants from the Fund during the selected year. |
Largest Grant | The largest Grant paid by the Fund during the selected year. |
Total Grants | The total Grant Amount for all Grants from the Fund during the selected year. |
