System Exception Uploading Statement Zip Failed when Uploading Fund Statements with the Upload DC Fund Statements Tool

Steps To Duplicate:

1. Go to Tools\System Utilities\DonorCentral\Upload DC Fund Statements. 

2. Then click Upload Statements which will upload all PDFs in the eAdvisor\Statements folder.

3. See error occur 

Answer:

 

1. Be sure that there is a DonorCentral download directory set for the FIMS user in user preferences:
 
a. Go to Tools\User Preferences\All Other Preferences\DonorCentral_Download_Directory.
  • Set to N:\Found\eAdvisor for self-hosted customers.
  • Set to S:\eAdvisor for Azure Cloud customers.
2. Look in the eAdvisor Statements folder and be sure that only the contents file and the pdf documents are there and that the documents listed in the contents file match the pdf documents.
