When uploading fund statements using the Upload DC Fund Statements tool, the following error occurs:
'System Exception Uploading Statement Zip Failed Status Code 404 Error Content {'status code' : 404, 'message'} 'Resource not found'}
Steps To Duplicate:
1. Go to Tools\System Utilities\DonorCentral\Upload DC Fund Statements.
2. Then click Upload Statements which will upload all PDFs in the eAdvisor\Statements folder.
3. See error occur
Answer:
1. Be sure that there is a DonorCentral download directory set for the FIMS user in user preferences:
a. Go to Tools\User Preferences\All Other Preferences\DonorCentral_Download_Directory.
- Set to N:\Found\eAdvisor for self-hosted customers.
- Set to S:\eAdvisor for Azure Cloud customers.
