Tax Status Last Verified Date not Updating

When doing a tax status verification, the date and user name of the user who did the check is not updating.
Steps To Duplicate:
1. Go to the Grants module
2. Go to the Grantee tab and open a grantee record
3. Click on the Blackbaud Tax Status Plus button
4. See the Update Tax Status Information window open
5. Close window if there are no changes to make
6. Select the Tax Data radial button
7. Note that the Last Verified date, time and username has not updated even if you hit F5 to refresh the view as outlined in the documentation.

Currently, the Last Verified data shown in the image above will only update when a user clicks Update to accept data changes as described in the steps above. If only Accept is clicked but Update is not, no updates are made or recorded.
