    The address printing on our 1099's is wrong. How do I change it?

    When I previewed the 1099's I noticed that our old address was printing out.  Where do I change this?

    Answer:
    When you run the report, the address used for the forms comes from the report set-up screen.  In the image below, the 504 West Rockport Street will be used.

    If you wish the address to be different for this particular running of the forms, then change the address here.

    If you have moved and wish to change the address so it defaults in properly, then the address should be changed in Tools > Utilities > System Initial Setup:
