The Available to Spend amount for a fund shows incorrectly in DonorCentral, but when looking at the Fund in FIMS it is correct.
Answer:
This is caused by new GL accounts not being created for the new fiscal year and can also be caused by not having run end of year to move balances forward to new year.
1. If this issue occurred right after starting a new year, then run your normal end of year process:

2. After that, set up automatic end of year so that any transactions in previous year will move forward to new year:
