The View, Reports, Tools and Custom links at the Top of the FIMS Main Screen are Inactive after Upgrade

After an upgrade, the links to different feature such as Reports are not working. When the links are clicked nothing happens.

Answer:

To resolve this, do the following:
  

1. Launch FIMS
 2. Press Alt-F10 at the Database Selection Screen. Type in

Run system\d-dbpick.w.

Run gui\tools\updated.p.

3. Press F1 or choose Compile | Run from the menus.
 4. Select and login to the database with the issue.

5. Once done, exit the window then go into FIMS normally.
