When a user tries to delete a profile in FIMS with no activity, they need to remove the grantee record first. However, when attempting to delete the grantee record this error occurs "This Grantee has existing application or History", even when there is no history visible in the profile.
Steps To Duplicate:
1) To delete the profile they must first delete the grantee, when delete this message occurs
2) This Grantee ID is SELECT instead of a number and unsure how that is possible
3) Signed in as NPO and unable to delete or make edits to it
4) All other history tabs are grayed out due to no activity
Answer:
There were unfinished applications in the Scholarship module. Make sure to check the Grants, Scholarship, Accounts Payable modules for any applications with Grantee or Profile ID.
