Please see the attached zip file containing the installation for .Net 1.1. Unzip it and install it following the instructions in this article:

Since .Net 1.1 is no longer supported by Microsoft, there may be some concern with installing .Net 1.1. If you choose to not install .Net 1.1 then at this time you will not be able to install Chart It.
If you have installed Chart It and would like to un-install it due to security concerns, go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features and un-install FimsPlusPack and Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 as shown below:
The alternative to using Chart It would to be export data out of FIMS and then manually create graphics in Excel without using Chart It.
