Track Anonymous Fund/Advisor in FIMS

Note: Features described in this section are only available to administrators.

• If the Fund anonymous box is selected on the grant recommendation form in DonorCentral, then in the FIMS Payment Plan tab the Anonymous Fund box for the new applications sets to Yes.
• If the Fund anonymous box is not selected on the grant recommendation form in DonorCentral, in FIMS this field on the new application defaults from the Fund record.
• If the Advisor anonymous box is selected on the grant recommendation form in DonorCentral, in FIMS the Donor Advisor Id code, Advisor Name, and Email address are blank on the Contact tab of the new grant application.
• If the Advisor anonymous box is not selected on the grant recommendation form in DonorCentral, in FIMS the Donor/Advisor Id, Adv. Name, and Email address default in based on which donor made the grant recommendation.
• If the Advisor anonymous box is selected on the grant recommendation form in DonorCentral but in FIMS the DonorCentral Options is set to “Yes” then in FIMS the Donor/Advisor Id is populated, but a checkbox appears for Anonymous, and it is checked. This option can be helpful for reporting based on the grant recommendations made by a donor advisor or sending letters detailing all the grant recommendations made by a donor advisor.
