Trends and Analysis - Contact Volume by Time Report

This report analyzes the total number of contacts in a given time period based on the Contact Type code.

When you run the report, you are prompted to select a time interval (monthly, quarterly, or annually), a beginning date, and the number of periods you want to analyze.

NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Profiles > Trends and Analysis > Contact Volume by Time.

Running the Contact Volume by Time Report

1. In the Profile Management module, select Reports > Trends and Analysis > Contact Volume by Time. The Contact Type Volume by Time window opens.

2. Select the desired time interval to analyze: Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually.
3. Select the date when you want to begin the analysis.
4. Select the number of periods that you want to analyze. You can analyze from one to twelve periods, and each period is based on the time interval you selected.
5. Click OK, and then verify the Send To destination and click the Run Report button.
