Trends and Analysis – Full Grant Status Report
This report displays Grant totals for four date ranges, based on selected code categories. You can choose to include any of the following sections on your report:
- Grantee Type
- Grant Program Area
- Grant Region
- Grant Population
- Grant Project
- Fund Type
- Fund Subtype
- Summary
NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Grants > Trends and Analysis > Full Grant Status Report.
Running the Full Grant Status Report
1. In the Grantee and Grant Management module, select Reports > Trends & Analysis > Full Grant Status Report. The Status Report Selections window opens.

2. Click the arrow in the 4 drop-down box and select the type of date range you want to use: Quarters, Years, or Months.
3. Click the arrow in the Beginning drop-down box and select the date when you want to start the analysis.
4. If you want to include interfund Grants on the report, clear the Exclude Interfund Grants checkbox (this checkbox is selected by default).
5. Select the Report Sections that you want to include on the report. All of the sections are selected by default. Clear the checkboxes for any sections that you do not want to include.
6. Click OK.
7. Verify the Send To destination, and then click the Run Report button.
