When going to the Affiliation tab on the Profile record users are unable to add some Affiliation Codes to a profile

Answer:

To resolve this do the following

Go to File Maintenance > Profile > Profile Code Maintenance > Affiliation
Double click one of the Affiliation codes you are trying to add to a Profile
Ensure that there are no special characters or spaces in the Title, or Description, of the Affiliation Code
Make sure the Code is marked as Active

If the issue continues, then you would need to check that your user has sufficient user rights to add Affiliations to a Profile
