    Unable to add email link type to Opportunity Tile in DonorCentral

    When trying to add a link in the content area of a DonorCentral opportunity tile, users may find that after saving the changes to the tile, the email address is not link enabled. 

    Answer:

    This issue has been addressed, now when you add an email link, the link stays and is able to be clicked. Once clicked it will open the default email program on the user's computer.

    Steps To Duplicate

    1. Log into DonorCentral
    2. Click Plus button to add a new Opportunity
    3. In Content box, click link button
    4. Set link type to Email
    5. Enter display text and valid email address
    6. Click ok. See that added text appears to be link enabled
    7. Click Save
    8. View opportunity. Text from email link is added, but is not link enabled
    9. Click pencil to edit opportunity
    10. See that text from email is blue, but is no longer underlined
    11. Right click blue text. See the option to edit link is missing. Area no longer is linked.
