Unable to Decline Suggestions from DonorCentral in FIMS

I have a duplicate grant suggestion that was imported into FIMS.
Decline does not remove the grant and I have already deleted the grants from FIMS.
Steps To Duplicate:
- Log into DonorCentral > notice there is a duplicate grant suggestion
- Log into FIMS > grants module > Import suggestions
- Find the duplicates > click decline on the suggestions
- The suggestions still appear in FIMS and DonorCentral

This issue is caused by a data inconsistency between the data files and the database. If you have this issue, please create a support case.
