    Unable to import FACTS data from XML file - records appear blank

    When using an XML file to import FACTS data in FII Mapping utility, a successful alert appears, but then the data is blank when reviewing it in FACTS. 

    Steps To Duplicate:
    1. From the FII Mapping utility, Process ASTTC XML Data
    2. Enter file name
    3. Click Read Data
    4. Data should import
    5. Go to FACTS > Reconciliation
    6. All data fields are still blank rather than imported from XML
    7. Included copy of data and XML file.
