Unable to open file npo\found\fims\custom\fm\..\udsfile.d when committing FieldMaker

When attempting to commit FieldMaker, the following error occurs. All users are out of FIMS, except for the user running the process. If you click OK on this message, several others message referring to not being able to open a file will appear:

To resolve, click OK out of all of the error messages and cancel the FieldMaker commit and then close FIMS. Right-click on the FIMS shortcut and run FIMS as admin and then log in. From there, re-run the FieldMaker commit process.
