Unposted Application Listing by Fund Report
This report lists summary statistics for all unposted Grant applications, based on the Fund ID for each payment line.
You can optionally include subtotal lines in this report based on your Sorting criteria (for example, you could sort and subtotal the report based on the Fund Type).
NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Grants > Application Reports > Unposted Application Listing by Fund.

Unposted Application Listing by Fund Report Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Fund ID | The ID code for the Fund making the Grant. |
Grant # | The Grant Number. |
Applicant | The applicant’s report name. |
Action | The action code for the Grant (approved, denied, withdrawn). |
Grant Date | The board vote or action date for the Grant decision. |
Amount | The total Grant Amount. |
Payment | The payment date. |
Status | The Status code for the Grant (for example, acknowledged, pending, approved). |
Officer | The primary organization staff member working on the Grant application. |
