Unposted Application Listing Report
This report lists all Grant applications that are still active in the system (have not been posted), with a summary of the Grants Voted statistics at the end of the report.
You can optionally include subtotal lines in this report based on your Sorting criteria (for example, you could sort and subtotal the report based on the application date).
NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Grants > Application Reports > Unposted Application Listing.
Unposted Application Listing Report Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Grant # | The Grant Number. |
Applicant | The Grantee’s report name. |
Requested | The amount requested in the Grant application. |
Grant Amt | The amount approved for the Grant. |
Action | The Action code for the Grant (for example, approved, denied, withdrawn). |
Status | The Status code for the Grant (for example, acknowledged, pending, approved). |
Prg. Off | The staff member who is working on the application. |
