Unposted Application Profile Report
This report provides detailed information about unposted applications.
When you run this report, you are given the option to print each application on a separate page. This is useful if, for example, you want to use the report as a header sheet for presentation to committee members.
NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Grants > Application Reports > Unposted Application Profile.

Unposted Application Profile Report Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Grant # | The Grant Number. |
Applicant | The Grantee’s report name, address, default salutation, and phone number. |
Requested | The amount requested in the Grant application. |
Recommended | The amount recommended for the Grant. |
ID Code | The Grantee’s Profile ID code. |
Grant Amt | The amount approved for the Grant. |
Status | The Status code for the Grant (for example, acknowledged, pending, approved). |
Received | The date when the application was received. |
Staff | The staff member assigned to work with the Grant application. |
Program Name | The name of the philanthropic project associated with the Grant application. |
Description | A text description of how the Grant money will be used. |
Recommendation | The text of any Staff Recommendations about the Grant application. |
Line | The line number for each line in the payment plan. |
Payment Date | The date when the selected payment is due. |
Amount | The amount due on the payment date. |
Fund ID and Name | The ID code and report name of the Fund that is giving the Grant. |
