Unposted Applications by Fund Report
This report lists the recommended amount for all qualified, unposted applications, along with information about the Student applying for the Scholarship. The report is automatically sorted (and the recommended amount subtotaled) based on the Fund Scholarship record.
NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Scholarships > Unposted Applications by Fund.
Unposted Applications by Fund Report Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Scholarship Name | The name of the Scholarship from the Fund Scholarship record. |
Student Name | The Student’s report name. |
School | The name of the school in the School Attended field on the Student record. |
Academic Year | The academic year listed on the Student record. |
Major | The Student’s major area of study. |
Recommended Amount | The total recommended amount. |
Running the Unposted Applications by Fund Report
1. In the Scholarship Management module, select Reports > Unposted Applications by Fund. The Report Options window opens.

2. Select the Grant Date range that you want to include in the report.
3. Select the Fund ID range that you want to include in the report. If you only want to view information from a single Fund, enter the same ID in both of these fields.
4. Click OK.
5. Verify the Send To destination, and then click the Run Report button.
