When going to the contact screen unposted applications cannot be entered.
Steps To Duplicate:
1. Go to the Grant module
2. Click on the contact icon on the top right that looks like a clipboard with a checkbox in it
3. The contact screen will appear
4. Find a contact in the list and open it
5. Go the grant field and enter a grant number
6. Note that this function does not work
