    Update FIMS Macros

    The Update FIMS Macros utility copies the latest macro files into the appropriate location on your workstation. Use the macros for tasks such as creating fund statements and acknowledgement letters. 

    The latest macros in FIMS 14.70 assist with document upload to DonorCentral. The menu location moved for this feature changed in the 14.70 release. Prior to 14.70, go to Tools > System Utilities > Admin Utilities > Update FIMS Macros.

    For FIMS 14.70 and greater releases for FIMS on-premises:

    1. Close Microsoft Word.

    2. In FIMS, select Tools > Update FIMS Macros.

      A message window explains the utility and asks whether you want to continue. Click Yes.
