User Account from Identity Provider does not Exist in Tenant and cannot Access the Application when Logging into Azure Cloud
When attempting to subscribe to the Azure workspace in the remote desktop client appp or logging into Azure in the browser, the following error occurs:

Message: AADSTS50020: User account 'user@npact.onmicrosoft.com' from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/....' does not exist in tenant 'tenant name' and cannot access the application '0000'(Azure Virtual Desktop Client) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
