When running the Global Change Program for Fund-Fees, by choosing fund-fees in the File to change drop down, the error will occur. When clicking OK to get out of the error and then going to the Field to Change drop down, the same error occurs and the drop down is blank.
Steps To Duplicate:
1. Go to Tools\System Utilities\Admin Utilities\Global Change Program
2. In the File to Change drop down select fund-fees
3. See the error immediately occur
3. Click OK to close the error window
4. Go to the Field to Change drop down
5. See the error occur again
6. Note that there are no values in the Field to Change drop down
