    When navigating to DonorCentral using Firefox a message appears saying 'You don't have permission to view that page'

    While using a Firefox browser to access DonorCentral you may see a screen with a Zebra Referee followed by the message 'You don't have permission to access that page'. This page appears before the log in screen loads and there is no opportunity to type in your log in credentials.

    Answer:
    This issue was addressed on 5/14/2019 and was caused by a release of a fix for a previous looping issue which in turn caused the issue with Firefox. We have rolled back the fix for the looping issue until the issues with Firefox can be addressed and will update this article with new information.
